Now you can keep track of all your deliveries, from collection right through
to invoicing with Transport Ace, a powerful multi-user transport system for the
haulage industry.

Powerful Multi User Environment
simultaneous networked users can log on to
Transport Ace using their own user account. One employee can be invoicing
deliveries whilst another is adding new deliveries and another is telling
Transport Ace to progress a delivery to the delivery phase when a driver informs
you he/she has just collected his delivery.
| If an employee deletes a delivery job from
Transport Ace, you will know who deleted it. Transport Ace also gives you
the power to restrict users actions, if you don’t want certain employees to
be able to create, edit or delete delivery details, simply change their user
account in Transport Ace's comprehensive user setup system. |

Transport Ace allows you to assign vehicles to Depots and then
allows you to filter its jobs by depot so if one user is only concerned with
vehicles that work from your Doncaster depot all they have to do is select
Doncaster from the filter list and only Doncaster vehicles will be shown.
Log drivers off on sick or on holiday and log
vehicles as unavailable and Transport Ace will display them as a 'no entry' icon
for the specific day and not allow work to be assigned to them.
You can allocate Drivers to a Vehicle so
Transport Ace automatically selects the drivers vehicle once the driver has been
selected to be assigned to a job.

Totally Traceable
| Transport Ace allows you to track all
deliveries and user actions. Even after a job has been invoiced and
archived, Transport Ace still provides you with details of that job. |

You can keep track of where your drivers are
now and where they are going to next. If you have ever been asked to deliver
to a depot for a customer that you know you have delivered to before but you
can't remember which driver delivered there, now you can ask Transport Ace.
It will tell you not only who has delivered to a particular depot, but how
many times and the date they last visited. |

View reports
Transport Ace allows you to print user-defined
reports based on date, customer and which driver delivered etc. You choose the
criteria.
You can also work out and print reports on your
vehicles MPGs from the Debrief screen and create reports showing deliveries
performed by a specific driver between specific dates.
These reports can be emailed to your customers
directly from within Transport Ace.

Driver Work Sheet
View drivers work sheets for any selected day,
showing all deliveries undertaken by all drivers for any given day.
You can see at a glance who is available to work at certain times.
re-assigning a job to another driver is as easy
as 'drag and drop'

Job Costing
| Transport Ace provides a full
breakdown of each delivery for you to analyse the costs and presents the
percentage and value margin of each delivery.
See exactly how much the vehicle and employee has cost you ,
with a full breakdown of drivers hours and all vehicle costs.

Job Pricing
Transport Ace can automatically calculate the
price of your deliveries for you based on criteria such as postcode, mileage,
number of drops, number of pallets, number of days one user definable field.
Transport Ace can calculate the price for each
delivery using different criteria for each customer:
Example 1:
One customers price could be calculated by Transport Ace looking up the price
base on the mileage obtained from the lookup table based on the postcode and
weight then add £30 per drop starting at drop 2.
Example 2:
Another customers price could be calculated by the mileage you provide
multiplied by £1.10 per mile starting at mile 40 then add £50 per day for the
delivery.
Example 3:
Another customers price could simply be calculated by the number of pallets for
the delivery multiplied by the pallet rate.
All these scenarios can easily be set up for each
of your customers so if you have many different methods of pricing your
deliveries because of the way your customer demands or the way you operate
Transport Ace can easily be made to calculate the prices for you.

Advanced Options
Transport Ace Data Integrator (TADI)

With Transport Ace, it's easy to
integrate your external data from your EDI system or from an external
database or spreadsheet received over email from your customers.
Transport Ace also allows you to export the data from to your
EDI system or an external database for further analysis or for sending to
over email to your customers. |
You can export to your accounts package if your
accounts system provides an import facility.
Scanner Software link
Transport Ace can link to your POD scanning
software and will then automatically progress the scanned jobs into the Invoice
phase.
Transport Ace is also barcode scanner ready. You
can automatically progress PODs by scanning the barcodes on the POD documents if
your customers use barcodes.

Integration with Mainten-Ace
Transport Ace can link to
Mainten-Ace (Assist IT Solutions professional vehicle maintenance system) so
both systems can share the vehicle and trailer data. Create a new truck or
trailer in Mainten-Ace and it will appear in Transport Ace. |

Export Transport Ace Invoices To Sagetm
Accounts
Transport Ace easily allows you to import its
invoice data into Sagetm Accounts.
Simply import the CSV file generated by Transport
Ace into Sage using its Import feature after setting the nominal code in
Transport Aces comprehensive Settings screen.
