NavMan Reporting System extender

 

NMRS is a reporting system for use with with the NavMan vehicle tracking system.

 


AutoDownload:

NMRS automatically downloads your vehicle activities daily from the NavMan server at a time specified by you and stores the data permanently, so you can perform historical reports offline without downloading again.


Auto Reports Generation and Email:

NMRS can be set to automatically generate numerous reports in one Excel format spreadsheet, daily at a time you specify and then automatically email the reports to the email  of your managers at various depots at a time you specify.

The current version of NMRS produces these reports:

  1. Daily vehicle mileage (summary)

  2. Daily vehicle mileage (full inc. start and stop location)

  3. Weekly vehicle Mileage (summary)

  4. Weekly vehicle mileage (full inc. start and stop location)

  5. Hours worked by driver

  6. Driving hours

  7. Driver visiting depots

  8. Duration at depot

  9. Drivers stopping at depots longer than x minutes

  10. Vehicle door opened not at a depot

  11. Vehicles travelling faster than x MPH

  12. Private use report before xx:xx and after xx:xx

  13. Drivers visiting home address in work time

  14. Job sequence exception

  15. Drivers travelling for longer than x mins

NMRS can handle vehicle groups if you have created any. You can then choose to create a report for all vehicles in a specific group.

Once you have the report as you specified, you can email the report to your customer at the click of a button.

Journey graph

The journey / speed report allows you to see the vehicles utilisation for a specified date at a glance.

 

How to get it

NMRS is not available for download on the Assist website. Your API (application programmers interface) access needs to be set up by NavMan before you can use NMRS.

The normal fee from NavMan for setting up the API is £450 but if you do this through Assist IT Solutions, the fee is waivered.
