Mainten-Ace Mobile
With the newly released Mainten-Ace Mobile you
can allow your employees to keep your servicing details up to date and log
services as complete in real time using a hand held device such as a mobile
phone, pocket PC or just a regular PC.
Using the new Mainten-Ace Mobile module, you can now:

Allow your employees to log their own mileage
for vehicles serviced by mileage.

Allow employees to log current 'hours used'
against an entity that is serviced by hours used.

Allow your fitters or field employees to log
a service / inspection as complete, whether this be a vehicle service, FLT,

Once logged in to Mainten-Ace, you don't even
need to click a mouse button or press one key on the keyboard to know exactly
the status of your entire fleet or portfolio of entities.
Mainten-Ace shows you the number of any entities
needing servicing in the next x days,
x miles, or
x hours (where
x is a number specified by you) and
any services overdue.
Due is shown in green and overdue in red.
You can also see any MOT, Insurance, VED and
tachograph check or calibrations due. |

Entities coming to the end of their useful life are show in the
same format and you will also receive warnings of any entities that do not have
an active service assigned to them. All this information without even making a
key-press. Then all you need to do is click the mouse button to view the
entities that are causing issues. Employees with
training or certifications due for renewal are also shown if you subscribe to
the training module.
If you subscribe to Mainten-Ace Mobile, your job is made
easier still, allowing you to delegate the logging of servicing or mileage and
hours logging to your employees in the field or in your garage.
On most days, your job as the servicing / inspection manager
could amount to clicking on the refresh button on the Mainten-Ace main screen a
few times a day to refresh the status of your system to take into account the
services and inspections logged by your employees using Mainten-Ace Mobile. |

Store comprehensive driver details, store photos
of all your drivers (optional), print driver Licence reports to
ensure you are keeping up to date licence checks on your
employees.
Assign a driver to a vehicle and assign fuel
cards or any other miscellaneous card. You can then search for
an employee by the card number. Just a couple of useful
features.
The new Mainten-Ace training module allows you
to store and reschedule employee training for any training you
decide to store in Mainten-Ace... Manual Handling, First Aid,
FLT.... it's up to you what you store and you can set different
warning periods for the different type of training. You can
upload a copy of the certificate for each training type needed.
Our new AttendAce system can be included as an
optional integrated module in Mainten-Ace so you easily can keep

Powerful Multi User Environment

Several simultaneous networked users can log in to Mainten-Ace
using their own user account.
With Mainten-Ace's powerful user accounts, you can restrict certain users access
to any part of the Mainten-Ace system or even restrict a user so they can only
see one Depot or Group within Mainten-Ace.You can even
set a users account to Read Only, so they can only view the data on Mainten-Ace
but not make any changes. |
