Invoicing for Small and Medium sized businesses
Invoice Ace is the perfect companion for any sole trader
or small business with a need to invoice their customers, chase up
payments, print reminder notices, log received payments and view or
print debt, turnover and VAT reports.
In fact we like it so much, we use it to generate our invoices.

Invoice Ace allows you to:
Create invoices and credits
Allocate payments to those invoices when you receive payment from your customers
so you can identify which invoices are due.
Generate Turnover, VAT and Outstanding Debts reports.
Automatically create and print reminder letters for customers who have debts
older than a date or number of days that you specify.
You can query Invoice Ace for example, to display all invoices for customer "XYZ
Ltd" with the word "computer" in anywhere in the invoice.

User Accounts
Each user that uses Invoice Ace has their own User Account. Each menu item and
toolbar item can be switched on or off for each user account, meaning you can
allow different users different level of access.
Changeable Features
Invoice Ace has many features that can be changed to make Invoice Ace operate
exactly as you want it to. Invoice Ace allows you to:
Change the text that appears in the footers of your printed Invoices and
Credits.
Set the text to appear in your Reminder Letters.
Set tax and currency settings e.g. if you want to use Invoice Ace in the UK, you
can set the tax description to V.A.T., currency to £ (or GBP) and default tax
rate to 17.5%. Alternatively tax can be switched off if you are not VAT
registered or your region has no tax on the sale of goods and services.

Invoice Numbers
Invoice Ace automatically numbers your invoices and credits sequentially. You
can set Invoice Ace to start from a number you choose so your invoices can
follow on from your existing invoicing system.

Auto Internet Update
Invoice Ace now allows you to automatically update to the latest version by
simply selecting 'Check For Updates' from the 'Help' menu within Invoice Ace. If
a new update is available, simply click 'Update Now'. This ensures that you are
always using the most recent Invoice Ace, benefiting from any new features in
the latest release. |
