What's It For Then?

Attend-Ace is a powerful multi-user internet based employee holidays and attendance system, designed to make logging holidays, days off without pay and lieu days as simple as possible.
Designed with ease of use and flexibility in mind from the start, Attend-Ace allows you to :

  • Set your company year commencing date so the Attend-Ace calendar shows your company year.

  • Define your holiday allowance so Attend-Ace can calculate the number of holiday entitlement every year.

  • Define your holiday restrictions so Attend-Ace will only allow up to x employees on holiday / sick / off without pay and different dates.

  • Set non-work dates to prevent holidays from being booked on these dates

  • Set 'Compulsory Holiday' dates if you have a company shut down period and all employees must take x holidays leave on those dates. All employees will automatically have those dates assigned as holidays taken.

  • Set 'Day In Lieu' dates where employees can be given a day in lieu for working that date.

 

Check your employee Holiday Utilisation at a Glance

The Main Attend-Ace screen shows you one depots / offices  employee holiday utilisation for the entire year.

Each day is proportionally filled to indicate the number of employees logged as off on that day and colour co-ordinated from green to red.

So, if an employee asks you if they can take a week off in June, you can see the availability without clicking a mouse button or pressing a key. If you see no red days on that range, you know those dates are available.

Right click a day to see a list of the employees logged off on that day and the reason they are off (holiday /sick / without pay).

Attend-Ace will do all the hard work for you.

Simply click the days on the calendar that an employee wants to take as holiday / sick or day off without pay.
Attend-Ace will automatically:

  • Check that there is not already the maximum employees already off for that date.
  • Calculate the employees holiday entitlement for this year
  • Check that this will not use more holidays than the employee is entitled to use.

Easily identify employee holiday usage

If an employee asks you how many days holidays they have left, you can simply click the availability fly-out and select the employee from the list of employees.... easy!

you can then click the print button if you need to give the employee a hard copy.

A full breakdown is given on the printed report, including:

  • Holiday entitlement for year.
  • Complete itemised Holiday usage including 'holiday' and 'compulsory holidays'
  • Complete itemised non holiday unavailability 'Day Off without pay' and 'sick days'.
  • Itemised Lieu Days earned.
  • Holidays left to be taken.
